Sir:

I've been working in XYZ Comapny for ten months already as an I.T. trainee for my DTS. The company contributed so much for my development in learning clerical skills like writing letters, messengerial works, etc.

However, my work in XYZ company is not actually related to my field in I.T. and I still fall short of the skills that I learned in the company. My supervisor told me that I will be relocated in the Sys-As department in three months but the recent reorganization of XYZ company has delayed the movement. For this reason, I'm requesting for and immediate pull-out in XYZ company, I will try to showcase my I.T. skills in other company and so that, I can developed it more.
