I just received your complaint letter at 10:00 am, 26 July 2008. I'm glad that you call immediately our attention about the problem you encounter.
I read from the letter that there is a problem regarding about the hard drives of the two units of computer that you ordered from us. The malfunctioning of the hard drives occurred because you maybe saved files that not suited for the memory of the hard drive. You ordered from us, the unit of computers that only have 50G memory.
If you want to fix the problem immediately, we can replace the two units of computer by another unit with 600G memory of hard drive. You will just add 2,800 pesos for each unit.
