Solicitation Letter

Dear Friends and Family: Dr. Jun Langahin and Mr. Wildonis Go
I am writing to tell you about one important challenge I am taking on in 2007. I am volunteering to become a sponsor. As an alumni of Macrohon Institute, I am committed to raising 10,000.00 pesos to build a new highschool.
I’d like you to know why the fundraising is important to me. The challenge of being a volunteer is something I never thought I’d take on. But with training, discipline and the limitless support of my family, classmates, and from our Alumni President , Fr. Carlo Joven Caracut, I see the goal is within reach. Giving this letter to you feels really great and I am amazed how one can discover a passion for charity by chance. I am truly blessed with good health and great support toward achieving this goal.
Macrohon Institute is a very special school to me. This is my Highschool. This is my school that I have met all my good friends and this is also my school that I ‘ve learned to respect. This is my school where everyone gathers around MACI Beach to study. For nearly seven years after our school was leveled to ashes, I have realized that it would never be the same again.
Thank you for considering helping me with yet another “do good” proposition. Regardless of whether or not you can support me on this particular program, I appreciate the ability to share what I’m involved in and why I think it’s important.

Mr. Juan Santos
Director of Purchasing
Kauswagan Appliances
Cebu City
Mr. Santos
My three years at Kauswagan Appliances has been an invaluable period of learning and professional development. I arrive as a novice and I believe that today I'm a professional already because of the personal attention and tutoring I have received from my supervisors and the example set both by my supervisors and peers.
However, i believe the time has come for me to move to a larger company that can give me an opportunity to continue my professional development. Thus, I have accepted with a General Electric position, where I am scheduled to begin on August 20. Therefore, my last day at Kauswagan will be on August 18. However, if you need more time to hire and train my replacement, I can make arrangements to work longer
Many thanks for the experiences I have gained and best wishes for the future.
Very truly yours,
FLINTSTONE L. FLORITA

Mr. Jose Dimagiba
Manager
Ng Khai Development Corporation
San Jose, Cebu City
Mr. Dimagiba:
I have received the two units of computers which I ordered last July 20 for my internet cafe.
The two units of computers are actually running well. But in two days after the installation, I encountered some malfunctions in the hard drives of the two units. I cannot save any files in the hard drives. At first, I taught the problem is on the files I saved but when I try to save another file, the file was automatically deleted.
I know that your company is known for its high sense of professionalism. I hope you can make a quick response in fixing this problem.
Yours truly,
FLINTSTONE L. FLORITA
